Position: Sales Manager
Report to: Asia Pacific Sales Director

Role Summary/Purpose:
Act out responsibly as a sales manager for the Japanese market. A motivated
Independent individual who is capable to establish, maintain, and develop positive relationships with customers and suppliers. The individual must also be able to utilize various solution selling techniques to discover consumer needs and identify solutions in order to have competitive advantage over its competitors.
Main responsibilities:
1.? Directly responsible for the Japanese market and must uphold positive relationships between sales representatives and distributors, whilst also establish a network of consumers.
2.? Conduct regular regional market analysis and keep updated information about industry competitors.
3.? To draw up regional markets sales tactics.
4.? To establish regional sales system and provide sales forecast.
5.? Keep an updated information base of existing and potential customers.
6.? Understand and discover consumer needs and provide solutions promptly when problems are raised.
7.? Must meet sales target through successfully acquire customer orders.
8.? Make sure payment for sales of goods are received without delay.
Requirements:
1.? Bachelor degree and above.
2.? At least five years experience in automobile electromechanical sales and/or related industry.
3.? Priority for individuals with overseas experience and/or in international? experience.
4.? Excellent Japanese skills in reading, writing, and listening. Advanced skills in either
English or Chinese are also required.
5.? Strong communication skills and ability for effective persuasion.
6.? Work well in a fast-paced environment and co-operative with fellow team mates.
